can't find a print driver for laserjet 4p

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

To get the answer to this question, due to driver limitations and the age of this printer, your printer model is not supported in Microsoft Windows 10.

 

You can try setting up the printer with Basic drivers from the link: Click here
 

Refer to the: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-4p-mp-printer-series/25485 Software and drivers for the HP LaserJet 4p/mp Printer series.
