Hi @fikrirafl

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

You can download the latest HP Ink Tank 310 driver for macOS Sequoia directly from HP’s official support page. The correct driver package is available and works with macOS 15.0.

I understand how frustrating it must feel to try a link only to see it expire, especially when you’re eager to get your printer working again. You’ve already taken the right step by checking for drivers, and I appreciate the effort you’ve put in.

Let’s walk through the process together so you can install the newest driver smoothly on your MacBook Air M4.

Step 1: Go to the Official HP Driver Page

  • Open this link: HP Ink Tank 310 Printer Drivers
  • Select your operating system as macOS 15.0 Sequoia.
  • The page will display the available software and drivers.

Step 2: Download the HP Easy Start Utility

  • Under the Driver-Product Installation Software section, click Download for HP Easy Start.
  • This utility automatically detects your printer and installs the correct driver package for macOS Sequoia.

Step 3: Install the Driver

  1. Open the downloaded file.
  2. Follow the on‑screen instructions to install the driver and connect your printer.
  3. Ensure the printer is powered on and connected via USB or Wi‑Fi during setup.

Step 4: Add the Printer in macOS

  1. On your Mac, go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
  2. Click the + button to add a printer.
  3. Select your HP Ink Tank 310 from the list.
  4. Confirm that the driver is listed as HP Ink Tank 310 series.

Step 5: Test Printing

  • Open any document and select File > Print.
  • Choose your HP Ink Tank 310 from the printer list.
  • Print a test page to confirm everything is working.

Step 6: Use HP App for Management

  • Install the HP App from the Mac App Store.
  • Add your printer to the app for easy monitoring of ink levels, troubleshooting, and scanning.
  • Guide: Install and Use the HP App

By following these steps, your HP Ink Tank 310 should be ready to print documents on macOS Sequoia without interruptions.
