Product: hp officejet pro 8600 plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi hp did an update for certificate in october 2020. my actual firmware is CN3CSF4G3C05KD. I tried to use the one here https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ojp8600n911_2011A/OJP8600_N911g-n_2011A.exe but it said after launch not applicable.

What can i do? For now i can not more use hpeprint or other connected software of the printer
