I decided to cancel my subscription for instant ink and sent the signal to do so. My subscription was cancelled, but 2 weeks later I found I needed to use the printer again so I enrolled again. There was a lot of ink left and thought it would be straight forward.

The HP smart program synced to my printer before I reenrolled, to tell me I was not enrolled and could not use the ink. All was fine at this point.

I re-enrolled using the same printer. My request has been accepted but my printer no longer syncs to instant ink!!

I cannot use the ink that is still in the printer because for some reason it wont see the printer.

I have powered down the router, printer and pc. I have reconnected the printer to the router, yet the instant ink program still says "Unable to connect to the printer"
