Microsoft Windows XP

I cannot get the windows XP system to link to the 8710.  Do drivers esist to link the 8710 to a computer running on Windows XP?

The HP Officejet Pro 8710 only supports XP 32-biy basic drivers 

 

As per specs

"Windows XP SP3 or higher (32-bit only)"

 

Basic drivers can be found here :

Thank you!  I must have the right version of XP, because, after I turned the computer off overnight and back on the next morning, the printer worked just great.  I did not even need to go download the drivers.  The computer fixed itself!  Many thanks for being a resource for those of us who are technically challenged.  If the computer had not fixed itself, I would have been at a complete loss about what to do without your help.
