Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. I came across you post and would like to help. I understand that you have installed Hallmark card studio 2017 and it goes not recognize your HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer. You have even checked for printer's updated drivers but the issue still persists. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.

I would like to mention that if the printer is printing fine from other applications then it indicates that the drivers and printer settings are allright. There should be something to do with the Hallmark card studio 2017 software and maybe this software needs to be tweaked to detect the printer. If the printer is unable to print from other applications then let me know and I will assist you further.

Meanwhile, you could explore the Hallmark knowledge base for help regarding their software: http://hp.care/2gOriXz

You could also interact with Hallmark support team via this link: http://hp.care/2gOvqGI

But feel free to let me know how the printer works while trying to use from other applications. Cheers! 🙂
