I cannot print the info page to get the claim code. It did not automatically print the congratulation page after I enabled the web service either.

If you are unable to print the information page to obtain the claim code for your HP Deskjet 3755, there are a few things you can try.
- Check the printer connection: Ensure that your printer is connected properly to your computer or mobile device. Make sure that the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.
- Restart your printer: Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few seconds and then plug it back in and turn it on. This may help to reset any errors and improve connectivity.
