I am trying to up load the printer drive for the deskjet 6940 but it is not coming up in the list of printers from hp. i want to upload a printer drive that can print in poster mode. is there any other way to get this drive? why is my list of printers not showing this printer?

I found the old User Guide for this printer using search on the Internet.

The manual is dated 2005.

 

The HP support for this printer is retired -- there are not any HP drivers, documents, or support website for a Retired Product.

Typically, HP stops supporting consumer products after ten years. Read the policy and find out if your HP device is on the list. “EOL”
