I dont have a start up disk for my hp c3140 printer so i downloaded a driver from hp. I followed all the prompts and can only get to 94% - step 3/4 then i get a notice fatal error during installation notice . I go though al the steps but still will not install stops at the same step every single time. Help Please !!!!

I noticed your post that you cannot install your HP c3140 printer. I am happy to help! 

 

What is the Operating System that you are using, Windows, or Mac? What version? http://www.whatsmyos.com. 

 

Are you able to print a self-test report? Print a Self-Test Report. 

 

In the meantime, if you are using Windows, please try the steps in this guide, A 'Fatal Error' Displays During HP Software Installation (Windows).
