Bonjour,
J’ai une imprimante hp deskjet 3070a - b611 qui, après une réparation, me demande les cartouches de configuration 364. Je ne les ai pas, comment je fais ?

Hi @TOUTOUNE,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the HP DeskJet 3070A - B611 printer requires setup or configuration cartridges to complete the initialization process after a repair or certain maintenance tasks. These setup cartridges are typically provided when the printer is first purchased, and they are specifically designed to initialize the printer.
Here are a few steps you can take:
- Check for Spare Setup Cartridges: If you still have the original packaging or setup cartridges that came with the printer, try using those. They are usually marked as "Setup" on the cartridge.
- Use Regular Cartridges: In some cases, you might be able to use regular HP 364 cartridges instead of the setup cartridges. However, this may not always work as the printer might still ask for the setup cartridges specifically. If regular cartridges do not work, you’ll need to use setup cartridges.
Refer to this document: HP Deskjet 3070A e-All-in-One Printer - B611a user manual
If you do not have the Setup cartridges Please follow the below steps
To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
