Hi @Andrew10101960,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to clear the memory on your HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw Color Multifunction Printer, you can reset the printer to its factory defaults. Keep in mind that this will delete all custom settings, including network configurations and stored data, so you may need to reconfigure the printer afterward.
Here’s how to reset your printer:
- Turn off the printer and then turn it back on.
- On the Home screen, navigate to "Setup" by pressing the wrench icon.
- Select "Service" from the menu.
- Choose "Restore Defaults".
- Confirm when prompted. The printer will begin the reset process.
After the reset, the printer should restart and revert to its original settings, clearing out any stored data or custom configurations.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
