laser jet pro MFP M148dw
I had a paper jam, which I cleared.
Tried to print document. Would not work.
Printed test page successfully.
Pulled out power cord while on, and plug from socket. waited 60 seconds. Reconnected.
Document will not print.
What do I try next?

- If you are using a USB connection, try a different USB port on your computer.
- If you are using a network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), ensure the printer is connected to the network.
Clear Print Queue
- Clear the Print Queue:
- On your computer, go to the Devices and Printers or Printers & Scanners settings.
- Find your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw and open the print queue.
- Cancel all documents in the print queue.
- Try printing the document again.
Restart Print Spooler Service
- Restart the Print Spooler Service (Windows):
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
- Type services.msc and press Enter.
- Find the Print Spooler service in the list.
- Right-click on Print Spooler and select Restart.
