I want to recycle my old Photosmart  C6100 all in one printer which I used for photos, copying, faxing.

Is there anything that is saved by the printer that I need to erase before I recycle?

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to delete the data on the printer if anything is saved . I would like to help you.

No data will be saved on the printer, but still you want to reset the printer to factory settings before recycling.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
