The OW_4XX_OWSFW00000 error code on your HP ENVY 6030 All-In-One Printer is usually related to a firmware or software issue. Here’s how you can fix it:

 

Step 1: Restart Printer & Network

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug it from power.
  2. Restart your Wi-Fi router (unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in).
  3. Wait 2 minutes, then plug the printer back in and turn it on.

 

Step 2: Check HP Smart App & Firmware Updates

  1. Open the HP Smart App on your PC or phone.
  2. If you see an update notification, install it.
  3. If not, go to HP’s website and download the latest firmware update for your printer.

Step 3: Reset the Printer

  1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi + Cancel button for 10 seconds.
  2. The printer will restart and attempt to reconnect.
  3. Try printing again.

Step 4: Reinstall the Printer Drivers

  1. Uninstall the printer from your computer (Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners).
  2. Download the latest drivers from HP’s official website.
  3. Install and reconnect your printer.

 

Step 5: Factory Reset (If Needed)

If the issue persists, reset the printer to factory settings:

  1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi + Power button for 10 seconds.
  2. The printer will restart and return to default settings.
