Step 1: Restart Printer & Network
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from power.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router (unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in).
- Wait 2 minutes, then plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Step 2: Check HP Smart App & Firmware Updates
- Open the HP Smart App on your PC or phone.
- If you see an update notification, install it.
- If not, go to HP’s website and download the latest firmware update for your printer.

Step 3: Reset the Printer
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi + Cancel button for 10 seconds.
- The printer will restart and attempt to reconnect.
