Product: HP DeskJet 3772 All-in-One Printer

i used this printer successfully about 5 times since i bought it last year. it has not worked for unknown reasons for about 8 months now. very frustrating. The app shows it connected and ready but It will not respond to any functions. I am connected to the same network on my device but can not print or do anything.
