Product: HP DESKJET 2600

I recently switched from Xplorenet to Starlink. My printer cannot find the Starlink router. Starlink does not have a WPS button. How do you connect to Starlink WiFi? I have a HP Deskjet 2600 all in one printer. It does not have a touchscreen.  I downloaded the HP smart app to my phone and it doesnˋt locate the printer unless it makes a temporary signal, and then in the second step, it doesnt find any other wifi signals to connect to.
