Welcome to the HP English Community --

I can't think of a reason to ask a question of this type unless the printer will not copy or the copy function is behaving oddly.

If everything has been checked, that is, all the settings are as expected, perhaps power reset the printer.

A power reset won't hurt a healthy printer -- the Restart / Reset might upset a printer that is not stable on the network, has connection issues, or cannot find the network when it is restarted.

Step 2: Restart the printer

Step 3: Update the Firmware

What else?

In general, Copy is a simple function that is run on the printer -- the features, if there are any, are controlled using the options on the printer control panel.

Full size is typically standard, that is, place object on printer flatbed, click Copy and printer copies the content onto paper without changing it.

True - Some printers include extra features, possibly including (and not limited to):  Resize, 2-sided, number of copies.

If your printer includes any of the mentioned Copy features, read more about Copy in your printer's user manual.
