You need to find the firmware update utility for the version you want to download to. Extract the .ful file from the utility using 7Zip or other archive program. Copy that .FUL file to a USB memory stick and insert into the front USB port. Once the device is detected there will be an option to install firmware update. Make sure that you have disabled automatic updates through the web server or the newer firmware will eventually be loaded again. You may also have to enable firmware downloads from the web server as well.
