Hi @Arnes3,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing a deployment issue with your HP LaserJet 110w printer, particularly related to connecting it to your Wi-Fi network and receiving an error code EBS00P0010. Here’s a structured approach to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
1. Check Printer and Network Requirements
Compatibility:
- Ensure your printer is compatible with your Wi-Fi network and that you are using the correct network settings (e.g., correct SSID and password).
Network Settings:
- Verify that your Wi-Fi network is functioning correctly and that there are no network issues. Make sure your router is working and other devices can connect to it without issues.
2. Verify Printer Setup
Initial Setup:
- Follow the printer’s setup instructions carefully. Ensure you have completed all initial setup steps including installing the toner cartridge and loading paper.
Printer Display and Controls:
- Use the printer’s control panel or display to navigate through the setup process. Ensure you are selecting the correct options for network setup.
3. Troubleshoot Error Code EBS00P0010
The error code EBS00P0010 indicates a problem with the printer’s connection or configuration. Here’s how to address it:
Restart Devices:
- Power Cycle: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. Restart your router as well.
- Reconnect: Try to reconnect the printer to the Wi-Fi network after restarting.
Reset Network Settings:
- Factory Reset: If restarting doesn’t work, you might need to reset the printer’s network settings. This option is usually available in the printer’s menu under settings or network settings.
Reconfigure Wi-Fi Connection:
- Use HP Smart App: If available, use the HP Smart app to help configure the printer’s Wi-Fi connection. The app can guide you through the setup process and troubleshoot issues.
- Manual Setup: Alternatively, you can manually configure the Wi-Fi settings through the printer’s control panel. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your network details.
4. Install or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- HP Website: Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for the HP LaserJet 110w.
- Run Installer: Follow the instructions to install the drivers on your computer. This process often includes setting up the printer and connecting it to the network.
5. Check for Firmware Updates
Update Firmware:
- HP Support: Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the HP Support website. Updating the firmware can fix bugs and improve connectivity.
Apply Update:
- Follow Instructions: Download and apply the firmware update according to the instructions provided on the HP website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
