Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

SO this is an older printer.  New laptop.  I used to have a program with an icon that I could print alignment pages, control scanning, print diagnostics and such  on my old laptop.  I dont have that anymore and have not been able to locate a way to acquire it again through any software downloads.  I have limped along until now, when I last changed the printer cartridge, and try to print, it wont print,  any help and guidance would be appreciated.
