HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP Envy laptop and deskjet 2600 all in one printer that refuses to print. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. The printer settings screen shows the printer HP37EF08 (HP deskjet 2600 series)  - driver is unavailable.

Tried the HP print and scan doctor and trouble shooter but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks all.

Welcome to HP support community.

Did you do root uninstallation before installing the driver:

If not, follow the below steps:

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard to bring up the run menu.

Type %temp% in the run field, and click OK.

Look for, and open the folder starting with 7z (Example: 7zS2356)

Open folder Util

Open folder CCC

Run the uninstall_ L4.bat

When the uninstall has completed restart the computer

Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard to bring up the run menu.

Type %programfiles% in the run field and click OK.

Delete any HP/Hewlett Packard folders.
