That does seem Odd -
In so much that I am aware, COPY is not supposed to add information.
Might be something added when the camera is used (HP Smart Mobile) instead of the printer flatbed / ADF??
What else?
One idea ---
If the document is printed from within Word, it is possible that additional information is also printed.
Caveat -- You did not include your Operating System -- I do not know whether printing Word documents in a mobile environment offers the same Options (in Word) as would be offered in (for example) Windows.
Unwanted “cover” page in Word – extra “stuff” printed in addition to the document itself
Prevent Word document printout from also printing document report
File > Options > Display
Printing options
UNCHECK box “Print document properties”
OK to save changes
OR
Word > Preferences > Printer
UNCHECK / Disable the document property
