wont print anything, keeps saying error

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP Deskjet Plus 4152 AIO printer.

 

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

 

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please let us know the error codes or any flashing lights on the control panel?

Also please send us an image of the error codes that you see.

In the meantime, please perform a reset and check for the error codes.
 

Power Reset the Printer

  • Leave the printer powered on.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the printer directly to a wall outlet and power it back on.
