With the latest firmware update 02.2208a.00, I am unable to print with my 3rd party toner cartridges.  How do I downgrade

but it said not applicable, i can't check my printer to downgrade.

did is there a specific procedure

Use 7zip software to unpack .exe and locate actual firmware file: teton_dist_002.1924A_nonassert_appsigned_lbi_rootfs_secure_signed

 

Save that file on a USB drive. Insert USB in printer's front USB port under the front panel. A firmware icon will appear on the printer's screen, run the firmware downgrade from the screen.
