Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Downloaded printer files but the installed printers says no driver files available. Is there a way to download just the basic files to a zip drive so I can see and utilize the exact files needed.

Hello,

 

Hope you are well,  in the HP website there is the basic driver software available, please click here to get access.

It is recommended to uninstall the software of the printer that is currently in your computer and then reinstall. 

 

There is a category for Basic Drivers without the installer or with the basic software installer.

In case you download only the basic driver, after the download you can go to control panel > devices and printer and then add printer and add it manually.
