Product: Envy 7155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I hope someone can help me to solve this issue - I downloaded and and installed my Envy 7155 using 7100 driver - Now I am trying to download and reinstall using the correct 7155 driver but HP site is not allowing me to download the 7155 driver.

 

How can I fix that ?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-photo-7100-all-in-one-printer-series/907311...

 

Download from Software -Utility "HP ENVY Photo 7100 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories".

 

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
