Hellow, this is more like a complaint.

I purchased my hp M234dw in amazon.fr who shipped it to me in Israel. I tried to connect this printer via hp smart, following the instructions, but the installed driver did not allow me to print duplex, which is essential for me. I spent a few miserable hours in trying to get help from hp sources, very frustrating. Finally I found in the hp community Andr-1611 who supplied the address

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-laserjet-mfp-m232-m237-printer-series/...

for another driver, which does not allow for wireless use (not essential for me), but does allow for duplex printing ! My deepest gratitude to Andr-1611.

The level of help from hp is terrible, there should be easy solutions for an essential component like a driver.

My next printer is NOT going to be hp.

There is no hp address where I can send this complaint, so here it is for the community.
