but i have a mac Os 10.8 and the support said to download this driver , but it's not a dmg to install a program on my mac

Hi,

The reason you cannot find a driver for your operating system is due to lack of compatibility with it, your printer is supported on Mac OS X 10.9 and not on any earlier operating system.

You must upgrade your operating system to a later version to install and use the M102w printer.
