error message says driver offline, (not printer offline). How to fix?

Had been trying that routine but was finally successful. Thanks. That eventually did it.

Thanks for using the HP forum. Can you try the following:

Please Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR) tool to diagnose and fix your problem

My printer went offline.  I got it back on line except for the drivers.  I went to the print que to see if "driver offline " was checked.  It wasn't.  Updated all drivers.  Still cannot get it back on line. How do I fix this?
