Product: HP All-in-One PC 24-df1000i (1W762AV)

Hp all in one printer suddenly says "driver unavailable" from my HP All-in-one PC.  Not the printer b/c I can print from other devices and my phone.  Have tried updating drivers on computer, Windows support and HP support and no one can resolve...

First things first, which is your Printer model ? 

  •    Deskjet, Laserjet, Photosmart, Smart Tank ? 🤔

 

You can use HP Print Doctor to check driver install
