I just did the printer status report and is the same as the example except that mine doesn´t have a connectivity settings report, I guess because my printer doesn't have wireless connection. It is connected by USB

Hi,

I followed your steps and as I attempted to delete the 1 folder, I got an error msg

Folder Access Denied, You require permission from SYSTEM to make changes to this folder.

 

This is my only computer so I am confused as to why I cannot delete this 1 folder.

OMG this worked. I've been searching for MONTHS for this solution.  I have this software installed on FOUR systems, and ALL FOUR have failed to update in precisely the same way.  This is an incredibly obscure fix.  What on earth caused it?
