Hi @willthom2

(1) Connect a USB cable between Officejet printer and computer:

(2) Then try to install with HP Print Doctor:

That printer specification does not list 8 or 7 as compatible.  You could try the drivers for 10 if you want.

Windows 11; Windows 10; Windows Server; macOS 11 Big Sur; macOS 12 Monterey; macOS 13 Ventura; macOS 14 Sonoma; macOS 15 Sequoia; Linux; Chrome OS Value is confirmedWindows Server 2016 64-bit, Windows Server 2019 64-bit, Windows Server 2022 64-bit, linux (for more information see http://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing)

Let me  know if you want to upgrade to 10 or 11. For older PCs there is Tiny 10 and Tiny 11.

Windows 11 does not expire and Microsoft just leaves an activation reminder on the screen.  Same for 10 unless Microsoft makes a policy change.

The 9120 series printers are supported by the HP Universal Printer Driver if network connected,  so I would recommend that you try that. You could also try the new Smart Universal Printer Driver. Please note that I have not tried either of these drivers with this exact model so I cannot provide 100% assurance it will work but worth trying.
