duplex printing and copy not possible on hp color laserjet pro mfp m479fnw

hi, i have a color laserjet pro mfp m479fnw

on the printer page under copy/print there is the option to 2-sided print / copy. it not select me other options then single page printing. when i try to select 2-sided original to 2-sided copy it won't work. 

when i click ok i get error pgcopyconfig-409 .

i tried to select different trays and options but no succes. 

it have the lates firmware.

also with printing, it let not print to duplex mode. in the advanced and preferences and device settings i have set on duplex mode on the driver settings on the pc itself. 

it seems this device not allow us to duplex copy or print. 

let me know what i can do with this.

That printer model doesn't have an automatic duplex.

if that is so, then there is some misinformation then from HP .. the listed spec showed that duplex was available for this type

i see the issue now. there is a same type, as this device, but then on the end with DW . the DW have duplex automatic, the fnw not. so those 3 letters makes the difference. ordered the wrong device on the end letters with FNW

Yes, the D model has an automatic duplex, the other models only manual.
