Product: HP PageWide Pro 552dw Printer

We are using PageWide Pro 552dw and former admin locked some functions and we cannot connect to wifi. So we wanted to do factory reset but factory reset was also locked. So we activated enable/disable menu by pushing home-back-home-back button. But after the enable/disable menu was displayed and tun the factory reset on, we couldn't find enter or ok button anywhere. I tried every part on the display but it didn't work. How can we enable factory reset from the menu?

Such reset can lead into potential risks so it is intended to be done either by a certified repair shop or a phone technician. Our recommendation is to either **bleep** or taking the unit to a repair center for further investigation.
