Buongiorno a tutti. Non riesco a importare documenti che carico nella stampante e salvarli sul pc. la stampante è cablata con cavo ethernet. se carico un documento in stampante e sul pc via software clicco su scansiona tutto procede bene. se dalla stampante clicco scanner, salva su computer, mi appare un messaggio: visita il sito 123.hp.con per scaricare il software. fatto e installato ma la procedura di scansione da stampante a computer non funziona.
