Product: Photosmart C7280 All-in-onr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ho inserito per la prima volta nella mia stampante una cartuccia compatibile ma non originale. Da allora non è più possibile stampare niente e la stampante mi dà codice di errore 0xc18a0001.
Con la cartuccia compatibile non è stato stampato niente perché la macchina è andata subito in blocco.
Vorrei sapere come sbloccarla (ho già fatto tutto ciò che è consigliato sulla vostra pagina di assistenza) e vorrei sapere se, inserendo una cartuccia originale HP al posto di quella compatibile il problema si risolve. Grazie
