HP All in one printer PRO6968

Printer continues to say paper jam and there isn't one that I can find.  I followed all the steps of turning the printer off and on and continue to get the same error.  I also can't seem to move the ink cartridges as suggested to take them out to do a Hard reset.

@jvivy How were you loading paper when the jam occurred?

Were you loading paper in the main input tray or in the automatic document feeder?

Select your answer from the choices at the bottom of the screen.

1: Automatic document feeder

2: Main paper input tray

Note    The automatic document feeder feature is available with some models of the printer.
