Hi @Bruce1938 

1. Follow steps from the next document to solve printhead error:

 

2. Check steps to rearrange printhead inside printer.

3.   Restart your printer.

  • Turn it off, wait at least 20 seconds, then Turn ON again.

 

4.  If the error message keeps showing then you should contact HP Support to ask for replacement options.
