any body knows this problem resend upgrade hp color laser jet pro m254nw , i try to update latest firmware 20221207 and  try to downgrade firmware to 20200612 but still error resend upgrade. anybody have link for this version firmware 20201021  or original firmware this model IMG_7636.JPG

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting "resend upgrade" error on the printer, I am glad to aassist you.

You might have to perform an NVRAM reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
