Product: HP office jet pro 8740
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Flash windows: "ProductimprovementStudy.hptask" will damage your computer and "HPDeviceMonitoring.framework" will damage your computer. I click OK and they always come back. How do I solve this problem.....

I also have this issue.

See https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251951900 for a discussion at Apple.

Their conclusion is the certificates have expired and HP has to release new software driver.

I've taken the pop up message and moved it to the screen corner. (If I press OK, it keeps popping up on my screen)

I noticed I have HP Printer drivers installed and I don't own them anymore - next I will uninstall the printers & drivers
