i found the following post of another user. It's quite the same problem i have. The other user got the solution via personal message so please send it to me too.

Product: Color Laser Jet MFP M183fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

I am attempting to get into system setup to change my wireless SSID and cannot remember the password on my HP Color Laser Jet MFP .   How can I factory default the system so that the password is reset back to factory default.  Also what is the factory  default password
