Ive got a new router installed in the house. Printer doesnt see the new router and Ive tried multiple times to reset through the app. The 20 second Wifi button doesnt work, nor does the "turn it off, hold down the up arrow and X button and turn it on" Can I get the factory reset instructions?
Thanks

I managed to resolve this issue myself. What you'll need to do is hook up the printer to your computer with a USB cable and open the printers web page, which is accessible via the "add printer and scanner" control tabs under system preferences on a Mac. Heres a path for those needing more help. (HP really should have this kind of support on their page)
System Preferences -> Printers & Scanners -> (add the printer) -> Options & Supplies -> Show Printer Web Page -> Wireless Configuration
I assume a similar tab is available on PCs. Once you're on there, you can manually configure the new wifi setup under "Wireless Configuration". Click save.
Your printer should now be able to be seen via Wifi. You will need to add it again once you disconnect the USB cable.
