Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000a (2Z6E1AV)

I need to perform this BIOS firmware update to play Warzone and other games. I tried following YouTube videos and downloaded an app to do it via the desktop, but nothing worked; I also tried using a USB drive, but that didn't work either.
