When I try to update firmware, HP sends a message saying there are no updates for my office jet 250 mobile series.

The prints are very blurry and unreadable

I understand that you are facing issues with print quality. 

 

Select the current OS and try updating the firmware. Click here. If no drivers are available, this could be because the printer is not compatible with the current OS.
