For Printers with Embedded Web Server:
- Access the Setup Tab: Go to the Setup tab in the Embedded Web Server.
- Select Date & Time: Select the Date & Time settings and adjust accordingly.
For Printers with Front Panel Controls:
- Open Setup Menu:
- HP Designjet Series: Press the Setup menu icon, then navigate through Front panel options > Date and time options.
- Select Set date or Set time or Set time zone based on your requirements.
- Use the keyboard on the printer to input the settings.
Manual Setup via Printer's Notification:
- Response to Prompt:
- When prompted by the printer, press the OK or checkmark button to set the date and time.
- Alternatively, press the Stop button if you wish to skip setup.
