hi, staff

for printer setting. i entered a pin number located in a catridge, but it says wrong. even though i entered the password over and over again, it keeps saying wrong. 

i don't know what i should do next.

The code is typically on the back of the printer on a sticker, not in the cartridge area.

No it is the password inside catridge. It says pin number… but it says wrong
