Hi @TOM3C,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP OfficeJet 9010 is showing offline on an HP Omni MO2 desktop. Let’s go through a few checks.

Check Printer Power and Connection

Make sure the printer is turned on and shows no error messages.

Confirm the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the computer.

Restart the printer and the computer.

Restart the wireless router if needed.

Set Printer to Online in Windows

Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.

Select the HP OfficeJet 9010 printer.

Open the printer queue.

Select Printer and clear Use Printer Offline if checked.

Run Windows Printer Troubleshooter

Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Select Printer and run the troubleshooter.

Follow any on-screen instructions.

Reinstall the Printer Using the HP app

Remove the printer from Printers & scanners.

Restart the computer.

Open the HP app and select Add Printer.

Follow the setup steps to reconnect the printer.

I hope this helps.
