Product: HP ENVY 6420e All-in-One Printer

I am having problem printing using HP envy 6420e. 

I can see the name of the printer on HP smart home page, but I can't print.

It gives me an error but can't find the reason for the error or what the error is for.

Problem could be the driver. Where can I download the driver again?
