Remove both trays completely and examine the back of the tray cavities to make sure they look identical. Make sure that nothing has fallen behind the tray. Jammed paper is a common issue.  Make sure that the lock for the pickup rollers on the right top of the cavity is closed properly. Try swapping the trays 3 and 4 to eliminate a broken tray as the problem.
