Hi @Don313_-,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP Deskjet 2755e is primarily a printer, and its functions are related to printing rather than adjusting font sizes directly. Font size adjustments are typically made within the software or application you are using to create or edit the document.

If you're working with a word processing program like Microsoft Word or Google Docs, you can usually change the font size within the application itself. Here are general steps for changing font size in some common word processing programs:

Microsoft Word:

  1. Open your document in Microsoft Word.
  2. Highlight the text you want to modify or place the cursor where you want to start typing.
  3. Go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.
  4. In the "Font" group, you'll find options to change the font size. You can select a specific size from the drop-down menu or use the increase/decrease font size buttons.

Google Docs:

  1. Open your document in Google Docs.
  2. Highlight the text you want to modify or place the cursor where you want to start typing.
  3. In the top menu, go to "Format."
  4. Choose "Font size," and select the desired size from the options.

Remember that the printer itself doesn't control the font size; it only reproduces what is sent to it by the software.

If you are printing a single document from any program in Windows 10 and want to change the print settings, follow these steps.

  • Open the document to print. Click File, then Print.
  • The Print window opens.
  • Click the option that opens the Properties dialog box. Depending on the software program, this button may be named Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.
  • Select the print settings for the current print job, then click OK.
  • See the sections below to change the paper size and orientation settings
  • Changing the Default Settings for All Print Jobs
  • If you want to change settings for all print jobs, follow these steps.
  • Search for devices in Windows and click Devices and Printers in the search results.
  • Right-click your printer icon (), then select Printing Preferences.
  • Select your new desired print settings (paper size, orientation, etc.), then click OK.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
